It’s very important to inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, you will need to note this on the driver’s paperwork. Please take photos of the damage (both of the item and packaging) and do not discard the original packaging. Email the Cuff Studio team at [email protected] within 10 calendar days so we can follow up on your damage claim.
