What if my order arrives damaged?Updated 3 months ago

If an order arrives damaged, we require an image of the damage, both of the item and in its original packaging, to be sent to [email protected] within 10 calendar days to claim any damages. A one-year warranty is offered for all pieces - period beginning upon receipt of order. If order fails because of workmanship or failure of materials, Cuff Studio will either repair or replace it. We are not responsible for damage due to mishandling, improper wattage bulb usage, improper cleaning methods/solutions, improper assembly and installation.
